INDIGO Tech Recruiters History

We have survived three general crises and remained on the crest, trained 240 students, and gathered more than 25,000 participants at our speaker sessions and training events. We hired IT talents in various areas, from digital marketing to the space industry.

2007

The year of INDIGO's launch. The name represents our vision of the people of the future, the best version of humanity: indigo children are gifted with extra abilities. These are precisely the kind of employees our clients want to find — talented people with superpowers. Now the employees who can change the world for the better and achieve great success are called A-players.

2010

We helped to open two offices of Israeli companies in Ukraine: Matrix Global and Wix. We also worked very, very, very hard.

2017

We held four TruKyiv anti-conferences for technical recruiters. We carried out the rebranding, and updated our logo and website. We filled the first thousand vacancies. We have expanded the geography of our clients to 26 countries. We continue to actively share our experience — our articles have been read 665,000 times.

2008

We survived the first world crisis with massive job cuts. We made two important decisions at once. The first was to specialize in IT, and the second was to work remotely.

2013

We launched the first offline IT Recruiting School in the CIS. We made the first salary reviews and labor market analytics for Oracle.

2020

We filled the first 200 C-Level vacancies. Our reviews of C-Level salaries in IT have been read 65,370 times. We overcame the coronavirus crisis and even attracted new customers. We hired 20 people for Vimeo, including a Country Manager. We have crystallized our values and positioning.
